A new stained glass window is to be installed at St Martin’s Church, Bladon, where Churchill is buried, to commemorate the fiftieth anniversary of his death. There’s currently no memorial to Churchill inside the church; in 2015, an impressive stained glass window will be installed on the South Side of the church. Emma Blount, a young award-winning stained glass artist has designed the window reflecting the Christian heritage and is a subtle tribute to Churchill.
