Tickets are selling fast for the Admiralty ticket package to this year’s International Churchill Conference, which takes place October 5–7 in Edinburgh, Scotland. The package includes a Pol Roger Welcome Reception aboard the Royal Yacht Britannia on Thursday, October 5, all conference lecture sessions as well as lunch at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre on October 6, and a reception at Rooftops, the scenic lounge at the National Museum of Scotland, that same evening. The Admiralty package also includes the black-tie gala dinner at the Sheraton Grand Hotel on Saturday, October 7, at which the Keynote Address will be delivered by the Rt Hon The Lord Soames, a grandson of Sir Winston Churchill. The conference lecture sessions will include the 2023 Stephen and Jane Poss Distinguished Churchill Lecture, which will be delivered by Dr. Henry J. “Jerry” Hendrix, a retired US naval captain and naval flight officer.

Admiralty Package ticket holders will enjoy a very special evening at Rooftops on the top level of the National Museum of Scotland. This breathtaking location has unrivaled views of Edinburgh Castle and the Old Town, all spectacularly lit after dark. If weather permits, guests will be able to use the outside roof terrace for entertainment and photo opportunities.

During the Rooftops reception, drinks and canapés will be served throughout the evening, and the museum’s Scottish galleries will remain open for viewing. Each guest will also have the opportunity to attend a specially curated private tour, A History of Scotland in 10 Objects.
