George-Washington-University-001The event speaker will be Lee Pollock, the Executive Director of The Churchill Centre (TCC). 

The new Churchill Library and Centre is the most important initiative in its forty year history – the development, in partnership with George Washington University, of a major Churchill Library and Center on the university’s campus in Washington, D.C.

Lee will provide an exclusive look at this new facility and explain how it will transform Churchill studies in America. His presentation will include a preview of the Center’s proposed design, location, and features with newly completed architectural renderings of both the exterior and interior.

As part of the presentiation, Lee will also provide an update on other new initiatives at TCC including expansion of the Centre’s digital outreach, the major Churchill exhibit opening in June at the Morgan Library in New York and the 29th International Churchill Conference in Toronto in October.

The Chicagoland Chapter brunch is limited to 50 guests.
