Wreath-laying in the Thames

Barry De Morgan, Commander of the Bearer Party of the Queen’s Royal Irish Hussars in 1965, and Lieutenant Colonel Anthony Mather, Commander of the Bearer Party of the Grenadier Guards in 1965, lay a wreath of laurel leaves, with a simple V for Victory symbol, specially made by the Royal British Legion Poppy Factory.
