The 2018 Churchill Fellows Weekend took place March 24–25 at the National Churchill Museum on the campus of Westminster College in Fulton, Missouri. Fellows and guests gathered in the historic Church of St. Mary the Virgin, Aldermanbury (which was designed by Sir Christopher Wren, destroyed in the Blitz, and reconstructed on the Westminster campus fifty years ago), to listen to the annual Enid and R. Crosby Kemper Lecture, delivered this year by His Excellency Ron Dermer, the Israeli Ambassador to the United States, who spoke on “Churchill and Israel.”

College president Dr. Fletcher Lamkin was joined by Missouri Governor Eric R. Greitens and International Churchill Society Vice Chairman Jean-Paul Montupet in welcoming Ambassador Dermer and introducing the newly inducted Churchill Fellows: Ambassador Dermer, Neil Perryman, Clark Durant, and Morton Harris. Timothy Riley, the Sandra L. and Monroe E. Trout Director of the National Churchill Museum, then introduced Ambassador Dermer.
