On Saturday, October 14th, a meeting took place of the Association of Churchill Fellows of Westminster College, which is the home of the National Churchill Museum of the United States. The Fellows met at the Racquet Club in St. Louis, Missouri. Sandra L. and Monroe E. Trout Director and Chief Curator Timothy Riley delivered a positive report about the State of the Museum and its many outreach activities. The Rt. Hon. the Lord Watson of Richmond, who is a member of the ICS Board, then gave a talk about the leadership.

Lord Watson’s informative and inspiring speech explored Winston Churchill’s qualities of leadership—resilience, vision, and courage—and implored that both the United States and the United Kingdom should employ those traits to solve the complex problems facing the world today.
