Three Rare Churchill Paintings for Sale

WSC_ItalianItalian Garden, 1930Three original oil paintings executed by Sir Winston Churchill in the 1930’s
are being offered for sale for the first time. The works are “Coast Scene near
Marseilles” (1935) 13×16 ½ inches, “Italian Garden Scene” (1930) 27×23 inches and “Marrakech” (1935) 16.5×18 inches. All are listed in the definitive catalogue of Churchill’s works.

The paintings are owned by a member of the Churchill family and are currently on display at Churchill’s home at Chartwell in Kent. This is the first time each of these works has been offered for sale on the open market and each is accompanied by a letter of authenticity from the owner.

The paintings are valued in excess of £100,000 each.
