Churchill’s taste and style in eating and drinking are in evidence today at the Churchill Bar & Terrace, at the Hyatt Regency London, The Churchill, where the Bar serves Churchill Craft Gin, Churchill Martinis and provides a selection of Cuban cigars for smoking on the Churchill terrace – and all this, in the company of Churchill – a specially commissioned life-size bronze of a young Churchill entitled ‘In Conversation’ (cast by the sculptor Lawrence Holofcener).
