Description of Churchill by Breaul

Translation of a description of Churchill issued for his recapture by H C Breaul to Justice of the Peace Schweizer-Reneke, 20 December 1899 (Churchill Archive Papers, Churchill College etc). It notes, among other things, that Churchill had a slight moustache, could not say the letter “s”, and was unable to speak a word of Dutch.
