The International Churchill Society (ICS) has launched a podcast series. Titled “Glow Worm: The Podcast of the International Churchill Society” the show is hosted by the ICS Executive Director and will be an interview-based monthly program. You can subscribe to the show on Spotify or find it on Acast. It will soon be available on Apple podcasts.
The first episode, titled “The Revisionism of Sir Winston Churchill,” features historian Andrew Roberts tackling some of the biggest myths around Churchill’s legacy, such as his alleged role in causing the Bengal Famine of 1943. Roberts and Reash also touch on how historians approach social media and quote from one of Churchill’s best speeches. You can listen to the first episode here:
