New York Historical Society to Host Dr. John Maurer of the U.S. Naval War College, Nov. 3rd

New-York-Historical-Society-2012On Saturday, November 3, 2012 as part of The Bernard and Irene Schwartz Distinguished Speakers Series WWII & NYC Series, Dr. John Maurer and Dominic Tierney will be speaking on The Coming of World War II.

Dr. Maurer’s topic will be Churchill, Roosevelt and the Road to Pearl Harbor and Mr. Tierney will be speaking on FDR and the Spanish Civil War.

The lectures will take place at the Robert H. Smith Auditorium at the New-York Historical Society, 170 Central Park West, New York, NY 10024.
