A terracotta portrait bust of Churchill by Willem Verbon (1921-2003) has been donated to Harrow School after being sold to a collector. The bust was put up for sale by Philip Mould, OBE, the foremost expert in British portraiture.

Philip has specialised in British art for over twenty-five years and was Works of Art Adviser to the House of Commons and the House of Lords from 1988 to 2011. He works closely with private collectors and institutions to build their art collections, has a gallery in Dover Street, Mayfair, London, UK, and is widely consulted by the media. He is the presenter, with Fiona Bruce, of the BBC series Fake or Fortune?
